Crispy Potato Wedges
Easy to make and so delicious! This recipe is perfect for a side dish with your favorite chicken or ribs, or even as a main dish if you are craving for potato wedges but without the oil excess.
You Will Need:
- 4 large potatoes (washed)
- Cooking spray
- Salt to taste or about 2 teaspoons
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
- Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into even wedges; you can leave the skin on or peel it, it is up to you.
- Place the wedges to a large bowl and add the salt and pepper. Next, spray them with oil.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer’s basket on a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Transfer the potato wedges to a serving plate. Add more seasoning if needed.

wedges into your favorite sauce, and enjoy watching a sport’s game or as an appetizer for any occasion.
You Will Need:
- 4 large potatoes (washed)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- Oil cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F
- Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into even wedges.
- You will need two large bowls. In the first one, whisk the eggs and the milk to combine. In the second bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder.
- Dredge a potato wedge in the flour mixture; next, dip it into the egg blend. Finally, wedge it once more into the flour mix.
- Repeat the previous step with each potato wedge.
- Transfer as many wedges as possible into your air fryer’s basket, making sure they don’t touch each other. You may need to do so in two batches.
